Installation Day
Full Installation & Programming
Having crafted your bespoke plan - we carry out the full installation of your selected robotic mower. RTK antennas, buried wire, robot shelter, solar powered base station - whatever the plan, we execute the full installation and full testing before finalising the install
Follow-Up
14-Day 'Perfection' Visit
After 14-days, we return to perfect the installation. Perhaps you'd like to adjust mowing times? adjust a cutting area? or simply need some further help / advice with your app or robot - we're back to ensure you are completely happy with the robot and functionality. All included as standard!
Support, Servicing, Repairs & Help
Ongoing Support
Following on from your install, we're always here to help and support you. We offer winter servicing (including collection and delivery) for your robot mower, repairs for either wire breaks or robot issues, warranty work and ongoing customer care. Free online, phone and app support as well as on-site visits should this be required
